- Shared washing machine (strictly only once a week).
- Refrigerator provided.
- Strictly NO cooking is allowed.
- 2 months deposit is required.

The rental includes electricity, water and wifi as well.

We are all working adults, with high level of hygiene. Would appreciate if everyone stay in happily and clean. =)

Room is available from November 2019 onwards.

In-door parking lot can be rented at additional cost.
