Good maintenance by management team
- swimming pool, gym, clean corridor
- Lots of eateries/restaurant all within walking distance
- 5-10 minutes walk to LRT (Not too close to LRT = no noise pollution)
- Salloon/photocopy shops/7-11/dobby (U name it, all within walking distance)
- Owner is kind and polite, wont bother u also, since she is not staying in the same unit with u (Fluent in Hokkien and mandarin)
- any faulty equipment/plumbing can straight inform owner - (owner's husband fixed stuffs for a living)
- security 24/7
- all other tenants are chinese females
- washing machine/hot water/fridge (all provided)
- with the price of RM 500/month - u get a small room furnished + 1 shaded carpark (cost around RM150/mth)

- cannot think of any at the moment
