I'm looking for clean/tidy/non-smoker (at least no smoking in the room due to the A/C) to rent out my Medium room (bathroom is shared w/ me the leaseholder while the empty Master room has a private bath) in Angkasa Impian 2 condo (shared w/ one other professional expat who is the leaseholder).

Great accessibility to nearby MRT/Monorail stations, 5-10 minute walk to malls (Low Yat, Pavilion, Times Square etc) + pubs on Changkat Bukit Bintang & food on Jalan Alor.
