I'm looking for clean/tidy/non-smoker (at least no smoking in the room due to the A/C) to rent out my master room w/attached bathroom in Angkasa Impian 2 condo (shared w/ one other professional expat who is the leaseholder).

Great accessibility to nearby MRT/Monorail stations, 5-10 minute walk to malls (Low Yat, Pavilion, Times Square etc) + pubs on Changkat Bukit Bintang & food on Jalan Alor.

Utilities are shared and the total electric bill really depends upon Master bedroom A/C usage (Internet is MYR126 + minimal water/sewage & gas bills).
