Middle Room for Rent

Room available at Residensi Pandan Mas 2
(near TREC, IKEA and My Town Shopping Mall)

- For Female ONLY -
The Master bedroom is currently occupied by a female tenant.
The small room will be left empty, you may use it for storage.

Currently looking for a tenant to fill the middle room which comes with a 1 double bed, a cupboard and a small bedside table.
You will have exclusive use of the 2nd toilet/bath. (not attached to room)
(The other tenant uses her own toilet which is attached to her room)
Bathroom comes with hot water heater.

Kitchen is fully equipped. You may cook, but please clean up after.

House comes with a dining table and 4 chairs, 1 sofa and a television.
There is also a microwave, fridge (large) and washing machine which you may use.

You will be required to contribute monthly to the following utility bills:
Internet - RM 52 (total is RM 104 a month)
Water & Electricity - split by both tenants (usually comes up to RM 24 a person)

You are not allowed to keep pets or have guests staying over.
(If you would like to have guests, please discuss with other tenant - for security purposes)

No Smoking is allowed.

You are required to keep your room and toilet clean. Rest of the house will be cleaned by other tenant.
