The Master bedroom is currently occupied by a female -working.
The small room will be left empty.

I am currently looking for a tenant/tenant to fill the middle room which comes
with a double bed, cupboard and small bedside table,
You will have exclusive use of the 2nd toilet/bath. (not attached to room)
The other tenant uses her own toilet which is attached to her room.
Bathroom comes with hot water heater.

Kitchen fully equipped. You may cook.

House comes with dining table and 4 chairs, sofa and television.

You will be required to contribute monthly to the following utility bills:
Internet - RM 52 (total is RM 104 a month)
Electric - RM 20 (depending on usage, it will be split equally with all
users)
Water RM 10 (depending on usage, it will be split equally with all users)

You are not allowed to keep pets.
If you would like to have guests, please discuss with other tenant.

House also comes with Washing Machine.

No Smoking allowed.

You are required to keep your room and toilet clean. Rest of the house will be cleaned by other tenant.
Please clean up after you cook / use kitchen.
