Preference for working class non smoking Chinese lady (preferred).

With single bed (can bring your own bigger bed/mattress if needed), work desk and basic cupboard. Room is with 3 windows, facing the front of the home, and with air cond.

fair usage policy for electricity use, ie consumption above usual monthly rates will be billed to tenant.

Room rental includes water bill. No water heater installed.
Common facilities for sharing with lady owner-dining table, living room, kitchen (if needed), basic cooking allowed but must maintain hygiene/cleanliness.
