3. Walking distance convenient shop. (operate until 12AM everyday)
4. Refrigerator is available.
5. Stove is available
6. Washing machine is available. (Some minor defect)
7. Dobi shop available within 15min driving range as well.
7. Room furnished with 1 table, 1 chair, 1 super single size bed, 1 wardrobe, & 1 ceiling fan.

Restriction rules:
1. Chinese Only
2. No smoking allow
3. No pet allow
4. No self tenant allow
5. No impolite disturbance to housemate or neighbors
6. Basic room hygiene care require
7. Responsible to home security. (lock the door pls!)
8. Limit cooking from Deep fried or Stir fried. (will make the whole left with oil stain)
